  1. Under the “Settings” section, click on the arrow located next to the “Notes Pages” 

  2. Adjust your desired page orientation, the colour, collation, and more to your preferences

  3. Click “Print” 

For a Mac, follow the steps below: 

  1. Open the presentation that you want to print

  2. Click the “File” menu and then “Print” 

  3. Click “Show Details”

  4. Select “Notes” located in the layout dropdown menu

  5. Adjust your desired page orientation, colour, and collation, and more

  6. Click “Print”

Printing PowerPoint Presentations Online

Printing a PowerPoint from your online browser won’t allow you to fully print the notes. In this case, the ideal option is to send your presentation to a computer in order to do a full print.
